Ander Etxeberria Otadui was born and lives in the municipality of Mondragón, which gives its name to the Group. He joined MONDRAGON twenty-eight years ago as a trainee at Otalora, MONDRAGON's cooperative and management training centre. Subsequently he worked for eleven years as head of personnel at the technological research cooperative IKERLAN. For the last ten years he has been the Director of Cooperative Dissemination at MONDRAGON, based in Otalora. Every year he receives around two thousand people from all over the world who want to find out about MONDRAGON's Cooperative Experience. He also takes part in conferences at universities and other forums all over the world sharing the Experience. He studied Technical Engineering at the University of Mondragon and Sociology at the University of Deusto (Bilbao).
