Systems.

ECOSYSTEM is a three-day summit about the future of collaborative systems. What may look like three different themes is actually one connected story: how intelligence is applied, how value is owned, and how trust is operationalized.

  • AI4D brings the lens of practical and responsible AI for development outcomes

  • Ownership Economy brings the lens of stakeholder ownership, governance, and control over assets and data; and the

  • Sustainability, AI and Innovation Summit brings the lens of interoperable, traceable, verifiable infrastructure for sustainable markets and resilient supply chains.

Day Segmentation

ECOSYSTEM Barcelona brings together founders, policymakers, investors, NGOs, standards bodies, corporates, and technologists to build collaborative models for a more inclusive, equitable, and resilient future. Across three curated days, the summit explores how AI can advance development and public good, how ownership can be structured to share value and governance more fairly, and how interoperable data systems can make sustainability real, verifiable, and scalable.

Day 1

AI4Development: Intelligence for Impact

This day focuses on the practical use of AI to advance development goals, strengthen humanitarian response, improve public-service delivery, and support social-impact work in low-resource and crisis-affected settings.

Day 2

Ownership Economy: B

This day asks who owns value, who governs systems, and how enterprise models can distribute wealth, control, and upside more fairly. The existing Ownership Economy framing points to stakeholder value, greater control over assets and data, and enterprise architecture for a more equitable and resilient economy; the agenda also suggests strong themes around employee ownership, steward ownership, housing, data and AI, legal structures, startup models, and human agency in the age of AI.

Founders, investors, policymakers, cooperative and ESOP leaders, community-wealth builders, and next-generation platform builders will be present.

Day 3

Sustainability, AI & Innovation & the Launch of Parley : Infrastructure for Trust

This day focus on the operating layer: sustainable procurement, interoperable trade data, traceability, digital product passports, decarbonization, climate resilience, verification, and market activation. The CommonShare mission and Parley framing make this the day where collaboration becomes execution — where standards, data, software, and governance make sustainability auditable and scalable.

CEOs, CSOs, CFOs, procurement and supply-chain leaders, certification bodies, standards organizations, software providers, and sustainability ecosystem builders.

Shared Focus Areas

Across all three days, the recurring themes should be:

Applied AI with accountability, shared ownership and stakeholder governance, trusted data and interoperability, and new market models that support resilience, transparency, and inclusive growth. That synthesis is well supported by AI4D’s focus on ethical, trustworthy AI and low-resource implementation, Ownership Economy’s focus on governance and stakeholder value, and CommonShare / Parley’s focus on secure data exchange, traceability, and ecosystem coordination..

Day 1

How can AI improve human and development outcomes?

Day 2

How should value, rights, and governance be shared?

Day 3

How do we build the trusted infrastructure to scale those outcomes across markets and supply chains?
