    He oversees the strategic direction of the association, which represents over 600 member businesses. His work focuses on professionalizing EO practices, setting new industry standards, and influencing government policy to support the sector's growth.

    He has represented the EO community in high-level discussions, including meetings at 10 Downing Street with the Federation of Small Businesses to discuss productivity and tax.

    He recently co-authored a white paper on the "EO Mindset," published in the International Review of Applied Economics, which explores the behavioral foundations that allow employee owners to act as true stakeholders.

    He serves as a Director of Ownership at Work and is an Executive Fellow at Rutgers University, contributing to global research on shared ownership models.
