Director at Institute for Economic Democracy

Kosta is the Director of the Institute for Economic Democracy and a researcher at the Centre for Organisational and Human Resources Research at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. He holds a master’s degree in Political Economy of Europe from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Kosta joined the Institute in 2021 as a researcher. Before assuming his current role, he served as Head of the Institute’s Policy and Research Department from 2024 to 2025 and as Head of Operations from 2025 to 2026.
