As a political scientist and mediator, steward-ownership combines many of the things that Lilly stands for. With a background at the interface between economics, politics and society and her positive view of humanity, Lilly sees steward-ownership as a cross-cultural, cross-border and cross-sector solution to many of today’s challenges. Lilly has been part of the PURPOSE non-profit team since 2019. With her work, she brings the magic of steward-ownership to the world and helps to establish steward-ownership as a real viable alternative for organisations worldwide.
