Romain Liot is an entrepreneur working at the intersection of business and sustainable transformation, putting his experience and convictions to work across several fronts at once.
He is the founder of Faatupu, a collective that supports changemaking entrepreneurs across the world. He is also a longtime advisor to Common Share, and sits on the boards of companies in FMCG and Tech, driven by the conviction that business has a unique role to play in transforming industries at scale.
He is the author of Reset Fashion, an entrepreneurial journey into the murky waters of sustainability in fashion that explores why so many good intentions in the industry are falling short — and how to address that.
Previously, Romain co-founded and led Adore Me as COO, a disruptive e-commerce brand that revolutionized the lingerie market, growing to over $300M in revenue and becoming one of the fastest-growing companies in New York, before its record acquisition by Victoria's Secret & Co in 2023. He left the company in 2025. Earlier in his career, Romain spent seven years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, working on projects across Europe and South-East Asia.
