From AI Pilots to Institutional Capability
CLOSED SESSION Responses are sent to the organising team.

This form is the “state-of-play card”, or institutional snapshot. No separate document, slide or designed card is required.

One response is requested per institution. The organising team will combine submissions into a one-page, non-attributed map circulated 48 hours before the session. Nothing will be attributed without permission.

Short, high-level answers are sufficient. Please do not include sensitive operational, security or personal information.
