David McNair is Executive Director of Global Strategy and ONE Data at The ONE Campaign. For two decades, he has worked on campaigns addressing child mortality, climate and sustainable-development finance, global financial architecture, corruption and tax evasion. He is a non-resident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, serves on the European Council on Foreign Relations Council and holds a PhD in Social Geography from Queen’s University Belfast.
