Michelle Joseph joined the World Food Programme's Innovation Accelerator in 2020 and serves as the Innovation and Portfolio Management Lead for the SDG Acceleration Unit.

She leads the unit's portfolio strategy and programme management function, overseeing a global portfolio of innovation initiatives spanning humanitarian action, resilience, and climate.

Her work focuses on identifying and scaling high-impact solutions through venture investments, strategic partnerships, and accelerator programmes. With more than 10 years of experience across public health, emergency response, and international development, Michelle has worked with governments, UN agencies, international NGOs, and social impact ventures to design, implement, and scale solutions that address complex global challenges.
