Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, 60 Decibels

Sasha Dichter is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 60 Decibels, a social impact measurement and customer intelligence company that helps organizations listen to and better understand their customers, suppliers, and beneficiaries. His work focuses on making impact measurement faster, more human-centered, and more useful for decision-making, especially for organizations working with underserved communities. Prior to co-founding 60 Decibels, he spent 12 years at Acumen, where he served as Chief Innovation Officer and helped create Lean Data, +Acumen, and the Acumen Fellows Program. Through his work, he has helped advance approaches that center lived experience, improve accountability, and support more effective allocation of capital for social change.
